STRAWBERRY-BANANA PIE 
1 med. banana, sliced
1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust, cooled
1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O Brand strawberry-banana flavor gelatin
2/3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
Ice cubes
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 c. sliced strawberries

Arrange banana slices in bottom of crust. Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.

Using wire whisk, blend in whipped topping; then whip until smooth. Fold in strawberries. Chill until mixture mounds. Spoon over banana in pie crust. Chill about 2 hours. Garnish with additional strawberries and banana slices, if desired. Makes one 9-inch pie.
