PEACHY CREAM PARFAIT | |
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drain & reserve syrup 1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jello 1 pt. vanilla ice cream Dice peaches. Place reserved syrup in cup and add water to measure 1 cup. Bring to a boil. Dissolve Jello in measured liquid. Add ice cream by spoonfuls; stir until melted. Add diced peaches and pour into dessert glasses. Chill until set. Garnish with peach slices. Serves 6. |
