FRESH FRUIT PARFAIT 
20 marshmallows
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. fresh raspberries, crushed
1 c. heavy cream

Melt marshmallows in double boiler; add lemon juice. Cool slightly; add fruit. Fold in whipped cream; freeze in refrigerator tray about 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.

PEACH PARFAIT: Substitute 1 cup finely chopped fresh peaches for raspberries.

STRAWBERRY PARFAIT: Substitute 1 cup crushed strawberries for raspberries.
