CHICKEN PARMESAN 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
4-5 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg slightly beaten with 2 tbsp. water
Thin sliced Mozzarella cheese

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. each oregano and basil
1/4 tsp. sugar
Dash onion salt

Melt butter in baking dish. Combine corn flake crumbs and Parmesan cheese with salt and pepper. Dip chicken into beaten egg, then in crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn meat and bake another 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in small boiler and bring just to boiling point, pour over meat and top with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven to melt.
