CHEESEBALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter
Green olives, sliced (to taste)

Soften cream cheese while shredding Cheddar cheese (pre-shredded Cheddar doesn't blend as well as Cheddar you shred at home). Slice olives and dry with a paper towel. Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl. With greased hands shape into ball and roll in Ritz cracker crumbs. Chill. Serve with your favorite crackers.
