EGG SURPRISE 
2 c. plain croutons
1 c. shredded natural Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
4 eggs, slightly beaten
4 slices bacon, plus bacon curls
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. onion powder
2 c. milk

In bottom of greased 10 x 6 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish, combine croutons and cheese.

Combine 4 slightly beaten eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper. Mix until blended. Pour over crouton mixture in casserole.

Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes until eggs set. Garnish with bacon curls. Serves 4.
