1/2 c. minced ham
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped sweet pickle relish
1/8 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Use to fill Florida celery fingers.
