HONEYED YAMS 
1 1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
6 lg. cooked, sliced yams or 1 lg. can drained yams
1 qt. casserole, sprayed with Pam

Combine all ingredients except yams, cook until clear. Pour over yams. Bake at 400 degrees until brown, about 20 minutes.
