SAUSAGE AND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. stew beef, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 lg. sliced onion
2 med. cloves garlic, minced
2 med. green peppers, cut in 1/8 inch
4 med. potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/4 inch
2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans, drained
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in water

Cut sausages in thirds. Brown and drain. Brown beef. Put meats in 2 1/2-3 quart casserole. Saute onions, garlic, and green peppers. Combine all ingredients. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 6.
