CITRUS CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and cool. Mix cake mix and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in Jello and almond extract. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Prick with fork when removed from oven. Frost with 2 cups powdered sugar and the juice of 2 lemons or 4 tablespoons ReaLemon.
