CITRUS CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Eggs (as indicated on package)
2 cans mandarin oranges

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice

Drain oranges. Save liquid to 1 1/3 cup. (May have to add water.) Prepare cake mix using eggs (according to package) and reserved liquid. Mix in oranges. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees according to package directions; cool.

FROSTING: Mix Cool Whip, pudding, pineapple and juice. Spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
