BEER BREAD 
3 c. sifted self rising flour
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. beer

Sift the sifted self rising flour with sugar and salt. Gradually add beer. Stirring constantly. When all beer has been added, beat vigorously with wooden spoon about one minute.

Pour batter into well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan and bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 55 to 60 minutes.

Makes 1 loaf.

It tastes like all sour dough bread. The alcohol is bake out of it.
