LINDA'S FRUIT PUDDING SALAD 
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 pkg. tapioca pudding
1 heaping tbsp. frozen concentrated orange juice
1 can mandarin oranges
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 or 2 sliced bananas
Maraschino cherries (opt.)

Cook puddings together with 3 cups liquid. (Use liquid from canned fruits and add water to make remainder of the three cups.) Cook until thickened and starts to bubble. Cool slightly then add fruits. Refrigerate. Very quick and easy but elegant recipe. Rich and delicious.
