OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
20 oz. bag Oreo's, crushed
1 stick butter
16 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 sm. box chocolate instant pudding
2 c. milk

Crush Oreo's and reserve 3/4 cup. Melt butter and add to crushed Oreo's. Press into 13x9 pan.

Cream together cream cheese and 2/3 of Cool Whip. Spread creamed mixture over Oreo crust.

Blend together pudding and milk until smooth. Spread over creamed mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Garnish with reserved Oreo's. Chill 4 hours. Keep cold until ready to serve. 16- 20 servings.
