TEXAS SOMBREROS 
1 tsp. Accent, salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. steak sauce
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2-1 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Sprinkle seasonings over ground chuck in bowl. Saute onion in butter in skillet until tender. Add ground chuck mixture. Cook until brown, stirring until crumbly. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce, mixing well. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over corn chips. Top each serving with hot sauce, shredded lettuce, grated cheese, chopped onion and tomatoes, sliced avocados, warm refried beans as desired. Yields 4-6 servings.
