SOMBRERO TACO CUPS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pack taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. salsa
2 pkgs. biscuits
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef; drain fat. Add seasonings and water blend, bring to boil, simmer, uncovered 10 minutes. Separate biscuits and press into ungreased muffin pan. Spoon mixture into each cup, sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
