ZUCCHINI ITALIAN STYLE 
2 med. onions
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 to 3 zucchini

Slice vegetables up and put into frying pan, cook until tender. Add small can crushed tomatoes, drain juice. Smush tomatoes to get juice out of them. When zucchini is cool, drain all juice from frying pan. May be served with grated cheese.
