6 apples, sliced (set aside)
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil

CINNAMON MIX:

2 tsp. cinnamon
5 tsp. sugar

Mix above ingredients until smooth. Mix will be thick. In tube pan place 1/2 of batter, 1/2 apples, and 1/2 of cinnamon mix; repeat.

Bake at 370 degrees for 1 hour, then turn down to 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool and remove from pan.
