GLADYS' MOCK CHICKEN LEGS 
1 lb. beef, cut in bite size pieces
1 lb. pork, cut in bite size pieces
2-3 eggs
Cracker crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix

Put pieces of meat on wood skewers alternately. Beat eggs with a little milk. Roll "chicken leg" in egg mixture, then in the cracker crumbs. Fry in oil until brown. Layer in roaster. Pour off extra oil. Add water to pan, mushroom soup and onion soup mix. Cook this up and pour over "chicken legs" in roaster. Make sure you add enough water to cover meat. Bake at 350 degrees for about 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
