RUBY RED CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
8 marshmallows, cut up
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. apples, chopped
1/2 c. broken walnuts

Cook cranberries and water together for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and add gelatin, sugar, soda, salt and marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are dissolved. When partially set, add celery, apples and nuts. Spoon into molds. Chill until firm. Recipe makes 12 small molds or 8 to 9 larger molds.
