CRANBERRY JEWEL SALAD 
1 pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 orange, peeled
1 c. sugar

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Stir to dissolve. Add 1/2 cup cold water and set aside to cool. Put raw cranberries and orange (quartered and seeds removed) thru food chopper. Add sugar and mix well. When gelatin begins to thicken, fold in cranberry-orange mixture. Pour into large mold or individual small molds and chill until firm. Serves 4 to 6.
