CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 can whole cranberries or 1 c. fresh cranberries, cooked
1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1/2 orange, peeled and chopped

Dissolve Jello with pineapple juice and 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Add sugar and other ingredients. Mix well.

Spray mold with Pam. Pour into mold and let set. Can garnish with parsley and fresh cranberries to look like wreath for the holidays.
