SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
6 slices bread
6 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried mustard

Cube bread slices in 1/4 inch cubes. Fry sausage; drain well. Beat eggs well. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
