EGGS AND SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread (no crust)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. browned drained sausage

Whip eggs. Add milk, mustard, salt. Add shredded bread and stir. Mix in cheese and sausage and put in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
