90 MINUTE DINNER ROLLS 
2 - 2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Fleischmann's active dry yeast
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. Fleischmann's butter

Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. Heat milk, water and butter to 120 to 130 degrees. Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer. Add 1/4 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough. On floured board knead 2 to 3 minutes. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls. Place in greased 8" round pan. Charlene likes to eat these rolls with her dinner.

I have been making these rolls for years.... My late father enjoyed these very much. I make these for breakfast, dinner and for the holidays. I have not tried the wheat dinner rolls but I probably will later on in the fall.
