SWEET DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast (or equivalent)
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup melted butter
2/3 cup warm milk
2 eggs, at room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups bread flour, divided
1 cup whole wheat flour, divided

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add butter, milk, eggs, sugar and half the flours. Beat until smooth. Add enough of the remaining flours to form a soft dough.

Knead on floured surface for 5 minutes or until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease the top of the dough. Let rise covered with damp cloth in warm place for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size.

Punch dough down and let rise again for 30 minutes or almost double in bulk. Shape as desired for rolls. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Let rise until double in bulk.

Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
