DINNER ROLLS 
1 c. scalded milk
1 stick butter
1 c. warm water
3 tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
5 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
3 tsp. salt

Melt butter in scalded milk. Refrigerate and let cool. Combine water, 3 tablespoons sugar and yeast. Combine with cooled milk. Add 5 to 6 cups flour, sugar, eggs and salt. Keep sticky and let rise for about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and let rise again until double.

Put flour on dough board and cut into rolls with glass. Have a stick of butter melted, dip rolls into butter and fold over. Put into large pans and bake at 350°F until browned.
