DOUBLE QUICK DINNER ROLLS | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1 c. warm water 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 egg 2 tbsp. oil 2 1/4 c. flour Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add sugar, salt, egg, oil and 1 cup flour. Stir until smooth. Add remaining flour, stirring until smooth. Cover bowl. Let rise 30 minutes. Stir batter. Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. |
