FREEZE NOW EAT LATER TURKEY
VEGETABLE BURGERS
 
2 lbs. ground raw turkey
3/4 c. chicken broth
2 c. herb seasoned bread stuffing mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry
1 1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves, crumbled
1/2 tsp. pepper

In a large bowl, toss stuffing mix with chicken broth until evenly moist. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Shape into 8 oval patties about 1" thick and place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet.

Freeze uncovered patties until hard, approximately 1 to 2 hours. Pack in freezer wrap. May be stored up to 2 months.
