WALNUT PUMPKIN CAKE 
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. corn oil
1 lb. can solid pack pumpkin
1 c. walnuts, broken, the size of lg. peas

Stir dry ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer. Make a well in the center and add eggs, oil and pumpkin. Beat until smooth at high speed. Stir in walnuts. Turn into ungreased 10" tube pan or bundt pan.
