BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 egg
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Soda cracker crumbs
Butter

Cook and drain frozen broccoli. Mix eggs, mayonnaise and mushroom soup. Mix with broccoli. Place in casserole and sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
