"BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE" 
1 c. rice
1 c. water & salt to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed, chopped broccoli
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. finely chopped onion

Cook Minute rice and water mixture 5 minutes. Add the other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Put cracker or bread crumbs on top to brown.
