CHOCOLATE CHIP BUNDT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs (whole)
1 c. Wesson oil
1 carton sour cream
2 tsp. cinnamon
6 oz. chocolate chips (can add extra chips)

Blend together ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 or 60 minutes in a Bundt type pan.

Hi Vivian,

If you butter the pan well and dust it lightly with flour before baking, the cake should be relatively easy to remove. Make sure you don't allow it to cool off too long in the pan (a few minutes is enough). If you've allowed the cake to cool for too long in the pan, reheat the pan slowly until hot, and start again.

It helps to cool the cake upside down during the several minutes until it's cool enough to handle. Then run a blunt knife (such as a butter knife) along both the inner edge and the larger edge of the pan, pulling slightly inwards as you do. Turn the cake over and tap it out.

I find that Crisco makes a good pan coating for easy pan removal.
