BARBECUED SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. pork sausage
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. sage
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix sausage, egg, bread crumbs and sage. Shape into 1" balls. In ungreased skillet brown balls slowly on all sides, about 15 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients pour over meatballs, cover and simmer in crock pot for 30 minutes and serve. Stir occasionally. May also be served in a chafing dish with toothpicks. Yield: 20 balls.
