PORK BALLS 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. sage
1 c. Heinz catsup
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix together pork sausage, egg and sage. Form into balls one inch or smaller in size. Brown and drain and set aside.

In a saucepan combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Add pork balls and simmer 15 minutes more. Serve them hot.
