LOW CHOLESTEROL CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
3-4 c. diced chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
2 1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
3 c. chow mein noodles

Add skim milk to cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Serve over rice.
