CHICKEN SALAD WITH GRAPES 
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
2 c. seedless grapes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Pimiento strips

Combine chicken, celery, grapes and nuts. Toss lightly with mayonnaise and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with pimiento.
