CHICKEN SALAD WITH GRAPES 
3 c. diced cooked chicken (4 lg. breast halves)
1 1/2 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. seedless green or red grapes, cut in half
3/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. light cream
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine chicken, celery and lemon juice. Chill 1 hour. Add grapes and almonds. Mix dressing and combine with chicken mixture.
