CHICKEN AND GRAPE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken breasts
2 pkgs. chicken thighs
Celery
Seedless grapes
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 or 3 tbsp. sour cream
2 or 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Lemon juice
Salt

Cook chicken in salted water with onion and other herbs as desired. Cool. Remove from bones and cut into bite size pieces. Measure. Add 1/2 as much diced celery as chicken. Cut grapes in halves. Add same amount as celery.

Combine everything except 2 tablespoons almonds. Add lemon juice and salt to taste. Garnish with almonds.
