MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners sugar

Mix first 7 ingredients by fork. Pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Mix last 4 ingredients for frosting. Cream together with mixer and spread on cake.
