MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. ground nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar, add remaining ingredients. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees (or 325 degrees if oven cooks hot) 15 minutes or until golden. Roll in powdered sugar.
