BLACKBERRY JELLY 
1. Wash and cook berries.

2. Put berries and water almost to the top of the pan.

3. Cook on medium heat until berries have changed color.

4. Strain berries for juice.

5. Measure juice, using equal amount of sugar.

Mix juice and sugar and cook on high heat until it comes to a rolling boil. When jelly is thick and drips off a spoon very slowly. Pour into jars and allow to cool. Your jelly is ready for a hot biscuit.
