SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN OR PORK 
1 lb. chicken or pork, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
2 to 3 peppers (red, green and yellow)
2 large carrots, thinly sliced
1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice for sauce)

Meat Batter:

1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix together; put in meat cubes. Deep-fry a few pieces at a time in a wok.

Sauce:

1 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
