CHICKEN LICKIN GOOD PORK CHOPS 
6-8 lean pork chops, 1" thick
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. oil
1 can chicken and rice soup

Dredge chops in flour, salt, mustard, garlic powder mixture. Brown the chops in oil in skillet. Place chops in crock pot. Add the soup. Cook with cover on for 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 1/2 hours on high.
