CRUNCHY CHICKEN BREASTS OR PORK
CHOPS
 
1/4 c. mustard
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 lb. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, or 1 lb. thin pork chops
1 canister Stove Top stuffing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix mustard, butter, Miracle Whip until smooth. Wash chicken; pat dry. Dip chicken in sauce, then into stuffing. Bake for 1 hour.
