BROCCOLI FROMAGE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. lg. curd cottage cheese
6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
1 can French fried onion rings

Cook broccoli only until defrosted. Drain. Cool slightly. Add cottage cheese, most of the Cheddar, eggs, flour, butter and spices. Turn into a well buttered wide casserole dish and top with onion rings. Dust with remainder of Cheddar cheese.

Bake covered at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
