BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 env. mushroom sauce mix
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese
1 can onion rings

Prepare mushroom sauce according to package directions using 1 cup of milk. Stir in sour cream, mayonnaise, can of cream of mushroom, salt, cheese, and pepper. Arrange broccoli in greased 2 quart casserole. Pour sauce mixture on top. Sprinkle bread crumbs, tossed with butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Add onion rings and cook 10 minutes longer.
