BROCCOLI DIJON 
1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut up
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
Pinch cayenne pepper
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steam broccoli or stir fry in hot oil until tender. In a small sauce pan, combine butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, oil and cayenne. Stirring constantly, heat sauce to a boil. Adjust seasoning. Pour sauce over hot broccoli and serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
