TURKEY DIJON 
2 lb. turkey breast slices
2 zucchini, diced & cooked
2 carrots, cut in strips

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dry sherry
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. spicy mustard
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Layer turkey, veggies and sauce in 9"x13" baking dish. Mix 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over top with dabs of butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
