CRACKLIN' BRAN SWEET POTATO BAKE 
2 cans (24 oz.) sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
5 tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. Kellogg's Cracklin' Bran cereal, crushed to make 1/2 c.

In large bowl combine sweet potatoes, 4 tbsp. butter, orange juice and salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in 1 cup marshmallows. Spread in baking dish (10x6x2). Top with the other cup of marshmallows.

Melt the other tbsp. butter. Combine with cereal and sprinkle over marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
